What We Do

Orthopedic and other musculoskeletal disorders are one of the most common causes of chronic disability worldwide.  FOCOS and our international team of volunteers and medical providers evaluate patients and perform corrective orthopedic procedures to help alleviate a life of pain and incapacitating disability. 

FOCOS specializes in the following:

Since 1998, FOCOS has performed over 600 surgical procedures and has had over 20,000 outpatient visits.  Our care includes physical rehabilitation and orthotic services. So that we may help even more patients, FOCOS is on the verge of opening a 50 bed dedicated orthopedic hospital.

FOCOS partners with local institutions and health care professionals.  The work of FOCOS not only improves the lives of patients, but it also increases the productivity of a community.
