FOCOS USA consists of a small team of administrative and fundraising staff who carry out the following functions for FOCOS:

• Purchase equipment for FOCOS hospital 

• Coordinate mission trips

• Coordinate YFF and Gala fundraising activities

• Maintain and produce FOCOS promotional material including the website
