Murali Chandrasekaran is a Vice President in Technology Division at Goldman Sachs. He is a member of Culture of Learning initiative and Asian Professional Network at Goldman Sachs. Murali joined Goldman Sachs in 2007 as a new programmer analyst in the Technology Infrastructure team at New York and made Vice President in the year 2012. He has over 10 years of experience managing teams and building software for large mission critical applications and high throughput infrastructure systems.
Murali is passionate about film making and video editing. He is a strong advocate of videos to tell stories that can create a social impact. Inspired by Dr. Boachie-Adjei’s work, he is excited to channel his creative skills to creatively narrate the story of FOCOS and its patients.
Murali earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from University of Madras, India in 2004 and a Master of Science in Computer Science from SUNY Binghamton, New York in 2006. Murali is married to his wife, Pooja Selvan. Together they have one daughter: Sanaa Selvan, who is 2 years old.
